I had a big 4K 65” Samsung tv that broke after 6 months. I was assigned to Sascoa electronics by the warranty service. John and his team were professionals from the start. He asked thoughtful diagnostic questions over the phone so he could preorder all the correct parts and would be fully prepared to fix the tv on the first try. He was exactly correct and the tech was a pro and rushed to have the TV repaired just in time for my daughters sleepover party. This is a great operation!

I'm a little sorry that I'm the one leaving negative feedback as this company’s very first Google review, but I have to share my frustration with the team at Sascoa on how exactly not to handle a future repair. The panel on my 75” Samsung developed some dead vertical lines after only 10 months, so Samsung sent me to Sascoa for the repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. They were very responsive in the beginning and brought over a new panel in just about a week. Great service so far! Unfortunately, it wasn't until AFTER they disassembled my TV and dragged it out onto the driveway when they realized the new panel they brought over was cracked. The repair tech was very nice about it, apologized, and reassembled my TV while he said they would order me a new one. OK, this stuff happens – I understand completely. What I don’t understand is why Sascoa then proceeded to lie to me in saying that they ordered a new panel (when they didn't), and then file the claim with Samsung as “complete”. Actually, I guess I do understand… they get one shot with Samsung, and then after that they have to pay for the service out of their pocket. While I don’t think this is right, I do think Sascoa should have been straight forward with me from the beginning so that I didn’t wait week after week (nearly 2 months, actually) thinking the “backordered” panel was still going to ship, while they never actually had any intention of coming back. What also became obvious is that they screen their calls to avoid conflict, as the last time I got somebody live on the phone, they knew exactly who I was and what I was calling about when they came back from initially putting me on hold. “Your panel should be here next week” they said, so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. It wasn't until I finally checked with Samsung on the status of the case myself when I figured out their game – Samsung said that Sascoa reported that the repair was complete, and there was no second panel ordered. Excuse me!? Funny how they never picked up the phone for me again from that point on, or, called me back from my voicemails telling them that I was concerned about the status of my repair. If there’s an issue, face it and work with me to resolve it – don’t hide and ignore it. What’s really sad is that they appear to get away with it. I eventually re-filed another claim with Samsung, to which they sent me to a different repair shop who handled the repair with ease. It kills me to know that Sascoa got paid for this repair, while never actually repairing anything. Hell, I can do that. Anyone reading this need something fixed? Poof, I just fixed it through the wonder of the internet– your bill’s in the mail. Sorry Sascoa – the simple truth and working with me to resolve the case the proper way would have prevented this diatribe of a review. Ignoring and lying to me got you this. Would not recommend.
