Emily's work speaks for itself. I went to Emily for my wedding dress, and would absolutely recommend her. She and her team are perfectionists, and the final product fit like a glove. She's always busy, so you can spend some time waiting/rescheduling appointments, but I would do it all again for a dress that fit as well as this!

If I could give her no stars I would. I went a few weeks ago to get a bridesmaids dress altered per a few friends recommendations. She came to the door and asked me when I needed it for and at that point it was 3 weeks out (I’ve been losing some weight and didn’t want to have to make more than one trip). She starts shaking her head at me and says come on. I said can you not do it? She said come on. She goes to bring me back through a million and one dresses to get to her changing area and starts yelling be careful. I said it’s fine I’ve got it, then she makes a snarky remark no you don’t have anything. Then she’s mumbling under her breath … I don’t know why you all wait … never mind. Meaning she wasn’t happy with my 3 week window. Then she opens the dressing room doorway for me to go in and put the dress on and then turns around abruptly and says actually no I’m sorry I’m not doing it, I’m too stressed and too busy, good luck, sorry. Then sent me out the door. I’m okay with her being busy, I’m also okay with her not being able to do it. I was not okay with all the unnecessary comments and her being rude. If you can’t do it say so right away, none of the rest of what happened was necessary. I will never go back. Dress was done in less than a week with someone else. Professionalism and kindness goes a long way.

I bought my dress in at 11 am because it arrived so last minute and Emily worked with my budget and had it ready by 4 pm on the same day. So grateful, thank you Emily! The best and so kind.

A zipper on my favorite sweatshirt broke. Emily was able to fix it extremely fast and the work was amazing. She was super sweet and genuinely cared when talking to me. She was able to save me money by going a different route when fixing it and I didn’t even ask! She is top notch! Will definitely be coming here again and recommending her to everyone!!!
