Went in to buy an dishwasher and wall oven. Bob was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained all the specifics of want appliance and warranty packages for each. He also explained some appliances are taking longer to come in. So we only put half down and then the rest when but appliances are delivered. Lastly, there's a seperate charge for installation and any extra modifications payed directly to the installer.

This is my second time purchasing products from S&W Appliance. From start to finish, could not be more satisfied with the saleman, the products and delivery. More than satisfied with the washer, range and refrigerator we've purchased, would definitely recommend them.

I have ordered from S&W multiple times now. They are great! The men who delivered my appliances came when they said they would and the sales people were great to work with. Especially Amy - she was able to point me in the right direction and help me make decisions when it came to certain products. She was also very pleasant and patient with my questions. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a new oven from S and W over the phone--I knew exactly what I needed, made it the easiest sale ever for them. When it was delivered on June 4 2021, it was missing a trim piece. I was told that would be shipped to me. 2-3 months later I started calling to find out where the piece was. I left multiple messages for the relevant salesperson, never received a call back. Finally I managed to actually get him on the phone. He seemed very put out with me that I was even asking, and basically told me he wasn't responsible for Frigidaire's slowness to reply. Almost 5 months later, I am still without a trim piece. Do I start calling again, wasting my time only to be told I am annoying for even asking?? I will need a new washer and dryer soon--S and W will NOT be getting that sale.
