This is not the greatest venue to see a live concert. The viewing angles are awful for general admission ticket holders. There are too many speakers on the side of the stage that impeed good viewing angles. The event security is super rude and lets no one stand at the gates next to the seated section or really anywhere within probably 100 yards of that and gets super angry with people standing there. The staff does a lousy job explaining how anything works or where to go immediately upon driving up to the venue grounds. The venue itself is dusty and super hilly, making standing for a few hours sore on your feet. The venue has a great concept and i love that it's on the water, but the execution is awful. Hard to recommend this venue to others.

I've been going to see live music most of my life,this is not a good venue but has potential to be amazing. I'll just share one issue I think they can improve on. Seating,for events that have seats no issue. If event is general admission they offer rental chairs. These chairs are about 4 inches off the ground cheaply made and in need of repairs. Why your not allowed to bring in a chair makes me think it's all about how much more money they can grab

Really nice place to see a concert. Parking is a little tight. They have a lot for $40.00. There is parking for free, but you got to get there early. First come first serve.

This started out as a great venue for smaller shows…affordable, on the water, outdoors. However, now that they are doing bigger shows the venue needs a major infrastructure update. The last show I went to there was only one food truck for the entire concert…the line was an 1.5 hr wait. There were plenty of places to buy beer. This is simply unsafe. There is only one area with porta potties. Again, a long line & wait. The parking lot was not mowed and a mess. It’s time for the owners to invest in making some upgrades and providing enough food at a concert is a must!
