I like the doctor and front desk, super friendly and nice; the doctor is an old buddy, he is humorous, professional with lots of experience - you can easily tell; the front desk girl is nice too, she was having lunch but still very easy-going with good smile I can kinda sense why other comments dont like it; yes some folks in there do chit-chat more than you usually would see; other than the primary doc, he spent some time showcasing his techniques to the "interns" (I suppose, from their conversation), and ask some lady to get medical devices who could not find - it is a bit extraordinary, although I enjoyed it because I was the only patient at the time and he was able to keep me there for an hour, checking very thoroughly and giving me peace of mind. if you look at it differently, or being the next patient, you might be mad, not hard to imaging, right? I definitely will go there again, just because of little waiting and their quality of work is not compromised despite of the downsides of other folks working there. I now remember they have at least two ladies not really blend in - one is like walking with no passion at all, the other is the intern who seem too "naive", like a freshman I have been to other urgent care closeby but they always packed, waiting time at least 40 mins and thus doctors are sorta getting you outta there

I love the doctors and staff here. I’ve been going here for years for me and my kiddos for everything from an asthmatic episode to a broken bone. They have made some major improvements with staffing and it shows! It beats having to go to the ER for 6-8 hours and sent away with less answers than you started….and they actually listen to you. They have never steered my family wrong and I’m proud of all of their hard work throughout the years!

I recommend this urgent care to anyone! I have used them many times not only for myself but for my mom. We are always very happy with the outcome! Today I was in severe neck pain, something that I have lived with on and off for the last 20 years. My doctor failed me by not refilling a much needed prescription. I turned to the EP Medical Center and Dr. Turnacova was an angel! She listened but gave me options!! Years of pain and popping pills, waiting days for it to disappear and ONE shot and the pain was gone! I'm so grateful! Not only was I grateful today but I am changing over to become a permanent patient!

A while ago, I went into this center barely being able to walk from being so sick. First of all when you walk in, there is no kind of greeting or anything. The woman behind the window acted as if I was hassling her by being there. There was no compassion or even niceness in her manner, tone, or approach! If your extremely sick, you want to feel relief when you go to see a doctor. You should feel like your going to be a least cared for a little when you walk in the door. I did meet with a very friendly tech and she remained friendly and kind through out the rest of my time there. Thank You. But the girl that was her direct authority (Asking her to complete tasks. I am not sure of her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag.) she is what really made this experience as bad as it was. She seemed short with the tech and even a little rude at times. She never introduced herself to me and never showed any sign of professionalism. She did have to perform some swabs and a shot for me. I feel like she was very careless in these actions. For one, some drugs are supposed to be pushed slowly to reduce the burning and pain. The doctor did seem nice enough, but she was in my room all of 2 minutes, just enough time to throw like 5 scripts at me without even asking if I had any questions about them. Also, when someone has to ask for water multiple times in a matter of 2 hours and never not once get a drop, thats bad, considering I wasn't "allowed" to have my own bottle of water. The only reason why there are 2 stars is because I at least got the medicine I needed.
