Depends on what service you need! There's the government fee for renewal and then service fee. The man that I worked with knows everything and is super friendly, so I would call for an exact quote. For the 4 week renewal it was around 350 for everything for me, give or take

I got mine from them in two weeks, but you can pay to get it faster. You can fill out the pass port form there or do it yourself and bring it in. You'll need a valid ID, birth certificate that will be sent to the passport agency, passport photo, if you're underage something from your parents to prove guardianship and then the fee of the passport by check. The service at passport & visa solutions is amazing and they helped me out of a very uncommon circumstance. Good luck
No and no. You can only get your passport same day at a passport processing facility like the one in Tucson. Even then only for emergencies.

I went to Russia in 2013. Getting a visa was not a problem but the sooner you apply the better. If you are going with a tour company they can give you information on what hotels you will stay at, on what dates. You will need that information when you apply for the visa.
