Oil change and engine flush were fine. Vehicle runs great and only took 30 minutes in total with included car wash. -2 stars because they forgot to reattach the glovebox which houses the air filter. The pieces for it were just sitting on my dashboard and I had to go in and reattach them which is slightly annoying if they're more than willing to remove the air filter to show me any potential issues but then don't replace the parts needed to resecure it.

I have been driving 15 miles to this car wash site for over 2 years. I have always had excellent service until to day when told they have a new person on & will be able to wash my vehicle with the handicap hitch. As stated, I have had my car wash here for a least 2 yrs. Then charge 2x the cost of a wash to be done by hand. Horrible customer service.

Ive had great oil service and washes at Cobblestone. Always greeted like I am important to the employees. The reward program is great too!
