I went to this place for the first time as a new patient. The front desk woman was really rude and drama when I told her I'm supposed to see a doctor (a nurse practitioner) but the title was "Advanced RN". The front desk started becoming irritated and she told me if she'll ask me to leave when I was only talking to her about the title of the provider. Eventually I talked to a manager (who didn't have a badge on,, weird because a manager should have a badge all the time) and I left without seeing the provider because I felt disgusted by the front desk girl and her drama attitude. I'm not going to this place again at all.

They do NOT do same day Apts. So what is the point of having a primary when you can never get in when u are sick.

Absolutely love this place. Unfortunately my doctor is retiring, but I’m over all happy with the staff. Wish I would’ve caught his name, but the blonde guy who does the blood draws and labs is freaking amazing if you’re someone like me who has a paralyzing fear of needles!
