After some issues with maintenance not fixing the problem in my daughter's apartment, Julian in the management office helped with a hot water (or lack thereof) situation. He was polite and very helpful. Saw the situation through to the end to ensure my daughters issue was addressed and fixed to her satisfaction. I really appreciate his attention to detail and customer service!!! He truly went above and beyond!!!!
