I moved out in march due to having a bad termite problem and was promised my deposit and have yet to receive any money. I have called the complex multiple time and they always keep giving me the run around! I have been way more than patient as this was a deposit from march!!! Do not move here!! They do not care about your trauma of renting their apartment home but love to upcharge rent.

Worst place to call a home, please save your money and live somewhere else these people will steal your money with your consent you never know how. If you request maintenance services you have to wail about 3 weeks all they care about is $$$ they will do anything yes literally anything for 1 dollar

Decent area, decent pricing, decent "upgraded" apartments, terrible customer service. Never felt like a valued customer or resident. Maintenance requests take way too long, a/c leaks from the roof, the a/c also went out several times, your rent will raise significantly after your first lease, there are roaches, the water is shut off several times a week sometimes (it's 5pm now and it's been off since 8am today), and the office staff does not help. I often had to call and show up several times to get anything resolved. Be weary of your neighbors! If you like Tempe, can afford it and a possible cost increase in the years to come, are patient about apartment fixes and when maintenance enters your space, and you can ignore occasional neighbor's bull****, this place will do the job. Just keep to yourself.
