I occupied a furnished apartment at Villagio for about 9 months. From the beginning, Santana was very helpful and the rest of the staff was very responsive. My apartment was in an area that was very quiet and the rest of the complex was clean, maintained, and very welcoming. I would definitely start here again!

I have been living here for almost 3 years and when we need repairs maintenance comes within 1 to 2 days. Some reviews are people who expect maintenance to come as soon as they call and aren't being realistic. Management does handle when there are issues (noise complaints, bugs , etc) but people like to complain just to complain. We haven't had any bug issues (knock on wood) but some folks are nasty and want to place blame on Management. Only thing I don't like is that its always water pipes that need repair but I believe the city is working on it. Management does there best to handle issues and I would recommend someone to live here as they are the lowest compared to Complexes around.

Great apartment that was just updated. I've spoken mostly with Santana and Angela, but all the staff at Villagio have been so nice, kind and helpful. Feel so safe in this gated community and there are people caring for the grounds every day. Perfect location. It's easy to get anywhere I need to go and can get there quickly! So happy to be here!

I've been here going on three years. The place is clean, well manicured, and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. Any complaints are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Suggestions are acted on and the management is willing to work with the clients on finding solutions. The gym is well kept and diverse, the pools are clean, and the dog park is great with owners that know each other. Any issues that I've had out side of office hours have been handled by on site security and followed up the next working day by management. I plan I staying here for a while to come. 9/10 would recommend price is just a bit steep.
