Stockton California definitely got some talented tattoo artist and I won't say names but everyone at Tall Tales is legit. Check out the work from the artist and see if it fits your vision of your tattoo. I definitely made the right choice to get mine done here.

Got my nose pierced for a great price and he was very quick. They were very nice. I will be back soon. PS they only accept cash, cash app and one other different payment type but no debit with no ATM inside. I had to go to the closest ATM.
