April and Akilah were the consistent and familiar faces in the office. Working with them was always pleasant. Amenities, maintenance, preventative maintenance, neighbors, and location were great.

price gouging at its finest. They want you to pay $1700 for a one bedroom now and $2200 for a 2 bedroom. We have a 2 bedroom and they are going to increase our rent over $400. just another big apartment company taking advantage of inflation and screwing over the average consumer so they can't afford groceries. unless you're making well over 6 figures, this place will take all of your money with its rent rate and hidden fees. good luck!

I like the property. It seems well kept & love the pool area. April was great in helping along the way. The only thing I was upset about, is I couldn’t view the apartment before moving in. The only time that was allowed was at 4pm Thursday when my move in day was the next day. I work nights so I couldn’t do that & it wasn’t really enough time to make accommodations. Other than that hiccup, I’ve enjoyed everything else!

I have lived here for 2 years and recently renewed(wish i hadn’t) New owners took over in January and along came new mgmt. Agree with other reviews nickel and dime you. Real estate taxes, rental tax, $20 package charge( and half the deliveries don’t use lockers) and now a cam charge. Prior owners didnt charge this so its either new owners or management company charging this. No issues with staff just the fees. Also, hallways a mess compared to before. Charging a cam fee at least keep the place clean.
