It does not. We were told by the ranger their that because it is a state park, our national parks pass would not admit us in. Its definitely worth visiting nonetheless!
U get to use it
Also they have the coolest model of the entire town with all the mine shafts under it. Totally fascinating.
Erma is correct. State parks are separate from national parks. But what you are paying for with this park entry is to tour the house of the mine owner. They have a short film on the history of Jerome which I highly recommend. It kind of took me back to movie day in school when they had that narrator guy telling us of Pioneer days with Daniel Boon and Davy Crocket. If you're into ghost hunting That place has plenty. And you can see the mine and the shaft for free. It has information plaques on all the equipment used and its function. And a plexiglass floor over the mine shaft. Really cool stuff if you're into your states history or history in general.
