Not true a 4 bedroom apt. is 1,070 a month. That's a townhome and they are actually 5 bedroom if you count the laundry room. Which is were I live, it is almost as big as the master bedroom. Utilities run about $240.00 a month, KCPL $150.00, gas, water, gas, trash, pest control. You pay KCPL, Timberline bills You all other utilities you pay them on rent day. Hope this helps you.
Depends on what you rent, I rent a 4 bedroom townhouse and it runs about 1200
Do not rent here its horrible u will hate it and hate is a strong word
