Do NOT move here unless you’re moving to the upgraded apartments and do not live on basement/ground level. There’s nothing but bugs that get in. I swept up at least 20-30 bugs every other week. The pipes are so old u hear them every time you turn on the water. Everything is rusted and outdated and simply just OLD. The floors are uneven including the slanted parking lots. Smelly water came up from my closet carpets. I was shown an apartment that wasn’t even the one I moved into but I had to since it was a last minute move. Now they want to charge me over $900 for cleaning fees and a bunch of other BS.

Although, I've decided not to move forward with Regency North Apartments, Christi Reed gave an excellent tour with plenty of information with their sister's property that I have decided to take a interest in. Thanks Christi!

I lived there for 1 year, it was one of my worst experience ever. The staff ladies have always been nonchalant to take actions when you submit them an issue. They made fun of my accent , but worst I was living on third floor and bats were getting in my apartment. I killed 4 of them , took pictures and went to the office . These ladies reacted like it was nothing serious at all. Nothing serious at all when I used to have my little girl at my apartment , she could be bite by one of those animals. One got in the apartment while we were at sleep. I killed one in kitchen. It was a nightmare, the staff and these ladies took my bat problem as a joke. They did nothing to fix that issue but were so prompt to bill me each month. I had enough and left that place. I do not recommend and have not recommended to no one.

This review is specifically to say thank you so much for all the help Christy Red give us last Saturday; will be great if other customer service see and learn , even at that moment was not available an apartment for the dates we are looking for; she took the time to helping us and suggested other options with the partners apartment realtor .
