We moved in in March 2022 and the staff has been great polite friendly and whenever we had a maintenance issue they were right on it and had it fixed almost immediately. And in August there was a fire next to our apartment and it still trade in our apartment and they were there almost immediately and they were very polite courteous friendly and helpful direct through the process thanks to Nicole, Lexi, Karol, Paige, Chappel, Corey and Luis

I’ve been living here for nearly two months now and so far I am enjoying my residency and love the area. For once, the unit I’m living in is more updated than the unit I viewed. The paperwork process was rather quick and simplified due to Karol’s excellent prep. When viewing, I appreciated Karol being straight to the point without the fluff. I would recommend.

The women in the office do their best to make their residents to feel welcome and safe. I feel they represent Monarch Investments in the most positive light. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Lexi have been the best! Above and beyond expectations! My family and I have been here for 8 months so far and we have never felt more at home. The units may be older but they are spacious and decently maintained. The grounds are very well kept. Maintenance staff stays on top of snow and litter removal. The neighborhood is quiet and the schools are excellent. If there is no room at this property, I highly suggest you look into applying at one of their other properties!
