Scheduled a tour with them hoping to find a place , showed up and no one was in the office. I proceeded to call the apartment number multiple times no answer and said the mailbox was full. Now I’ve been waiting for 20 min past my app time and no contact from anyone. Waste of time

Great place to me. I haven't experienced any negativity from any staff, everyone is so welcoming. I love the layout of my apartment. I'm happy with my choice of moving here. Add on after 2 years of living here. I recently just moved and wanted to thank the staff for our experience. I honestly never had a problem with getting any maintenance request completed in a timely manner. I didn't have issues with bugs. The front office staff are a delight. I lived here the whole pandemic and I didn't have a lose of income but they did direct people where to go to get help with rent and any other utilities. They also try to get the residents involved to make it a more family like place to live. Your experience is what you make of it. :)

If you get one of the bigger apts yes, but they also have a washer and dryer downstairs so there really isn't a need for a washer and dryer.

I would talk to the management about it, they may be able to still get you an apt, but I've never been evicted so I'm unsure.
