Where do I start. I just moved to the Martin city area and have always taken my car to Mazda to have things checked out. Had an issue with a humming noise coming from under my car. Thought it was my wheel bearings on my back left tire. Didn’t quite know so took it to them to check it out. Got charged $90 for them to just check it out. They came back saying it was coming from my right front tire quote $550 to change wheelbarrings. Also came back with rear differential problem with mounts another $500 and need new wheel because of wear on rim causing winking in tire another $1000. So yes I took it to another place for another diagnostic. Showed them the video that Mazda does when they check out your car and explain what they found. Didn’t get charged for them to check out and guess what it was my back left wheel bearing. Other shop fixed it and no humming noise!! So for me I had a bad experience and don’t think I will be trading my car in at the place:(

Worst dealership ever. My husband and I went to go look and see what they had. We got excited because we found one we really liked. The next day we were going to get it checked out since it was used at our family shop and then purchase. After them giving my husband the run around they decided to tell us that 3 days prior to test driving it someone had put a deposit down. So that vehicle wasn't even available and we shouldn't have even test drove it period. We decided to go to another Mazda which was the best service found the perfect car and put a deposit down which he then put a sold ticket for us so no one would drive it. I will never recommend this location ever. Go to lee summit! The drive is worth it, bigger selection and they actually care!

Came to the dealership wanting to check out a new Mazda3. While they didn’t have any in stock as they go fast, I decided to look at a new CX-5 instead. We were blown away by all the features and such an affordable price. Lloyd, Shaun, and Reggie assisted us through the purchasing process and in no time at all we were on our way. I was given a very fair price for my trade, and the service was top notch. This was the best and quickest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.
