Nice park and JFK memorial and has a fountain

It's located in a historic town just North of downtown KCMO, it has walking trails within the park, informative plaques about the history of the town, and an amazing view of downtown KC. I highly recommend whether you are visiting or a resident of KCMO. As of August 2022 they are doing construction on a road that has access to the park. This is just one of the entrances into the park, you can find many more with Google Maps.

The park is perfectly safe during daylight hours and great for walking your dog. Just keep your dog leashed. Police does patrol once in a while.
