Yes and at the peanut... The wings are like double. 1 wing is the full flap and drum... So 5 is like 10 most other places.
Usually 11 but they will serve food till people aren't hungry.
It's a pretty small bar. So I doubt it. But you could always call and find out for sure.

Who needs happy hour if you're already reasonable, and people want to come anyway.
I don't know their official hours, but they are open most all the time. The wait is long but the wings are worth the wait!
