I love this apartment! The location is ideal because you are close to downtown, but feel tucked away, with beautiful views. The staff is super helpful and accommodating with any requests and making you feel welcome. The leasing office definitely goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place in KC!

I have lived in Apex since January 2022 so I have been here almost 6 months exactly! Overall, I have had a really awesome experience living here so far and I love the location and the Quality Hill neighborhood. Pros: Very sleek and modern apartments and they spacious and clean, nice granite countertops, very safe complex, great amenities with a gym and a pool, optional garage parking, maintenance has resolved every issue I have ever had within 2 days max, staff is attentive and friendly, complex is in walking distance from several bars and restaurants, very friendly and respectful neighbors, large balconies, etc. Cons: location wise it is very close to train tracks that run 24/7 so it can be a bit noisy during WFH or if you’re a light sleeper, windows need to be updated due to minor leaking issues during storms (they are working on updating all of them in the complex this summer though), If you are someone who likes to have friends or family over frequently - it can be very difficult to have guests over because there is no gate code and we do not have keypad entries on every building for easy access so you have to walk outside of the gates every time just to let someone in which can be very obnoxious….I hope they consider a more sustainable/safe way to let guests in one day without it being such a hassle. Overall: I’d give it 5 stars living here because I have loved living here!

Very comfortable living here - many amenities; friendly and responsive staff - issues addressed within 24 hours. Great location - walking distance to dining, entertainment, and historical sites. Occasional noise issues which management is addressing, but not all can be resolved - specifically: unlawful car rallies and racing in the West Bottoms. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We have lived here for over a year and we enjoy living here very much! Great location! Great views! We were having problems with noise in case park. Often people would congregate there, play loud music and engage in drug use at all hours of the night! We worked with management on this and they were very responsive, but it did take awhile to collaborate with the city, police department and parks and rec. They employed officers on the weekend, but the activity continued when they weren't there. Final answer, barricades! The traffic, noise and partying is much less! We are now seeing families and couples coming to the park in the evenings. Thank You Erin and the management team!!!!

Co-signers must meet the income requirements of a lease holder and afford 4 times the amount of rent. A co-signer shall be fully responsible for the rent obligations of the Apartment Lease Agreement if the leaseholder defaults.

Applicants must meet the minimum requirement of 2.5 times the amount of the rent. Applicants are required to provide income verification. A Leasing Associate can provide you with a list of approved forms of verification. In instances where sufficient income requirements cannot be met, this Apartment Community may elect to accept pre-paid rent in certified funds, or a co-signer. Student loans will not be accepted as proof of income.
