I own a 2011 Honda CR-V with 69,000 miles. I have had zero issues with it, until about 6 months ago. A local car repair service replaced the starter, and then it was fine until about 6 weeks ago. Just went dead…. Wouldn’t start, none of the lights would turn on etc. I had it towed back to the local car shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it- and that took them a week to figure out. Long story short, they suggested I have it towed to a Honda dealer. Of course I took it to the place where I had purchased the car- Tiffany Springs. I was immediately put in touch with Jason Fry. And here is where my real story begins. Jason was so kind and communicative. He found the problem very quickly, after a few chats about my car history. He listened and provided insight. I never felt pressured to do more to my car than needed to be done. The starter was faulty and had blown the ignition. I’m not a car person, but ok, we can fix that!!! He also was in touch with the other car shop that had replaced the faulty starter. And I got some insurance money from them. I was so impressed, I ended up having them detail the car, replace brakes, and look at a/c unit. All under cost of what it was quoted from another car service shop. I now have my car back!! And it’s looking brand new. I thank Jason and all of the people at Honda of Tiffany Springs. I even called and talked to the owner about how impressed I was with their service.
