Great facility and people but everytime we call or go to the facility, we speak with different representatives. Patients should be assigned an liaison who the parents can talk to who are familiar with the case.

Took my cat to be euthanized and they proceeded with an office visit at no request from us. This was a very trying time for us so we did not address it right away. But now just getting the run around while trying to get the office charge returned. My cat was 17 years old and dying and they are pushing on his belly, taking his temperature when we were just there to have him euthanized. Very traumatic time for our cat and us! I would NOT recommend this place!

Got my cat in last minute right before surgery. Very nice and explained our options and what was going on in great detail. Very caring place.

We were very pleased with the care provided, and they gave us an estimate before proceeding with anything so there were no surprises.

My emergency necessitated an in person visit. Calling was not an option nor a priority. I'm sorry. I would keep trying or just drive to them.
