They are open to the public and are totally amazing, in my experience. If I EVER need an after-hours vet, I will return to them, 100%! They are a full veterinarian facility, with all the equipment needed, to diagnose and treat your fur baby! Their staff are some of the kindest folks I have encountered.
They will do a complete exam on your pet, if they suspect a nasal blockage they may recommend doing an xray or other diagnostics to determine the cause of your pets issue.
