We were very pleased with the care provided, and they gave us an estimate before proceeding with anything so there were no surprises.
They do require full payment but the end of the visit or hospitalization. Unfortunately they do not have any payment plans but their prices are much more reasonable than blue pearl. They do take all major credit cards and you do have the option of going to their Columbia office. The Colombia office does have financial assistance programs
Prices are way better than most emergency animal clinics. The doc was great and knew exactly what to do. So glad they are there.

I had to pay a down payment when I left my dog there overnight. Then the balance when we picked her up the next morning.
