They almost never answer the phone or the door at the front office.Their excuse for not fixing my AC is that they also won't fix 100 other familie's AC either. (Yes this is literally what I was told) There's always trash on the ground. Parking areas are lined with cedar trees so my car is always covered in sap. Moving as soon as my lease is up.

I was not very fond of meeting the new employee (white lady with the glasses & semi crooked teeth, no offense) at the leasing office. Anyways, she was not very welcoming, her attitude needs to be put in check, and she doesn’t seem to care when it comes to helping residents. She claims she started working for 2 weeks now but it seems like she’s miserable & doesn’t like her job. If she keeps this up with her attitude she needs to go, if not then she needs to work on herself better. There needs to be an employee that has good customer service skills & efficiency.

These apartment are disgusting ! They will steal out you apartment they got mice no matter how clean the apartment management and assistant are GHETTO and unprofessional corporate do not respond if they do they will say they will return you call never do DO NOT LIVE HERE lives here for 5 years
