My dad lives there and the office personnel this year 2022 have been so nice, polite and they are always asking if we need help, if we are comfortable, the attention that has been given this year exceeded our expectations.

Great customer service hands down. Very responsive and courteous team. Excellent location and well maintained property. Awesome amenities.

As others have stated, the property changed in both ownership and management in September 2021. Reviews prior to that should be taken with a grain of salt. Also, the Google reviews they display on the Cityview website is a filtered list. You must go to Google to see the negative reviews. The new management has a lot of room for improvement in communication. For example: • They sent an email stating “Our team is distributing letters of introductions to all apartments later this week.” We never received this letter. • They sent an email stating the gym was closing and included the note “We will notify you, when it reopens.” We received no notification stating the gym reopened. • They sent an email regarding the start of construction on the outside of the buildings a couple of hours after they started cutting and pounding on the outside of the buildings. • They sent an email on 11/23 at 5pm clearly stating paint and prep was to start on specific buildings on specific days. The prep work started by 8am on 11/23 -- 9 hours before they sent the notice. Power washing was to begin the next day on 11/24 which left little time to remove/protect items on your porch. The work never started as was stated in the email. Per my discussion with someone in the office a week after the email was sent out, there was some sort of delay (which was not communicated to residents) and that I was misreading the email. The supposed email that was sent covered all buildings (despite the actual email only calling out some of the buildings) and that it was a general notice in that they could not say exactly when things would be occurring (which was opposite of the actual email). • We had 2 multi-inch snow events and the parking lots were not tended to in any way. Absolutely no communication as to why the departure in practice from previous management. • They stopped approving posts to the residents only Facebook page and eventually deleted the page. Absolutely no communication as to why. • We were instructed to notify management via email of our intent to break our lease which we did. It took two visits to the office to finally get acknowledgment that the email had been received and our request had been approved.

The management goes above and beyond here to do anything they can to help! Karen is the best and always very professional when it comes to handling any situation that arises. The property is very well maintained and the perks of the pool area, volleyball courts, grills, and much more you cannot beat!
