I use that hotel for staff traveling into town on a regular basis. It head never been an issue, but you are at a Hampton Inn. You should expect service that isn't quite the Ritz.
I had an extremely positive experience at that hotel as well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The free breakfast was wonderful. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the accessible room was not equipped with a walk-in shower, but a bathtub. A disabled person would have to step over a tub to take a shower. Other than that, everything else was just great!
