They did get us a quieter location for our room. - no parking without a $10/night upcharge - no WiFi without upcharge and downloading their “app” (do they really need complete access to my contacts and location tracking after my stay?) - breakfast was gross, at least there is a Dunkin’ Donuts down the street Add in a room rate comparable to downtown tourist cities and this was way below expectations.

The room's my family got were more like townhomes... Two large bedrooms bathroom full kitchen dining area living room area. I was impressed.

Staff was friendly and nice but that's the only positive takeaway. They charge $10 a day for parking which has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. They have their own parking lot yet have the nerve to charge you to park your car there when you are already paying for a room. The complimentary breakfast is just frozen food they warm up. It was the same exact items every 16 days I stayed there as well. The TV had streaming options but the internet is so slow that if you even get something to load it will be constantly buffering in 240p. The room itself was pretty disappointing. Carpets were gross and old. The bed was an old spring mattress with the flattest pillows you'll ever experience. The tub/shower was so shallow that water would constantly splash everywhere.

I have been staying at this hotel for over six months. My current stay has been going for over two months. I decided to have my stay extended by another month and was promised that it was taken care of. However, on the last night of my stay I discovered it was not extended and I was subsequently kicked out the next morning. The Hotel staff was very unhelpful with the situation and the customer service from the supervisor on duty was completely disrespectful. This was so far beyond unacceptable as I had to find another place to stay without being given any notice. I personally spend over 25k a year for myself to stay with Marriott and currently I am spending 20k a week for my team to stay here together. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life and I have travelled a great deal of the country staying with Marriott. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here to considered any other possible option.

Sorry im late responding but i knew this address to be located in White Marsh, MD
The harbor is about a 20 minute drive into downtown Baltimore. If your goal is to be within waking distance of the harbor and aquarium there are two Marriott's at Harbor East in the city that are much closer. There is also a Marriott near Camden Yards which would also be within walking distance. Parking in the city starts around 25 dollars a day around the harbor
