Stay away from this place. They knowingly sold a car with not only an oil leak, but also a blown head gasket, both of which they bandaid “fixed”. After overheating and being stuck on 95, took it to a mechanic—they said someone had already tried to use head gasket sealant, a very poor job at that. Deanna seemed nice, though in retrospect I feel disgusted knowing she’s capable of being the face behind this awfully shady business. Edit: Given that you are strict about your warranty, I highly doubt you would’ve helped. Either way, I wouldn’t trust your mechanics. Tell them to stop being lazy and just replace parts, not a temporary fix. This place will be shut down soon. Pity the fools who purchase here.

Decent cars, a bit overpriced. Sales lady was honest. Did not buy a car here. However appreciated their honesty.

My 2014 4-Door Toyota Tacoma (Sport) appraised for $19k the day before visiting Star. They said they'd give me $4k for it. It needed some minor cosmetic work and had some mud on it. I would have understood if it was too much work for this size dealer and they couldn't take it. Not sure I'd ever do business with them after telling me it's "only worth $4k".
