absolutely worst experience i’ve had with an apartment complex. there’s been a previous review about the apartment manager dana and danielle doing illegal practices and trying to charge tenants for things that legally they shouldn’t be charged for, for example carpet cleaning or replacement ALONG with failure to send proof of the entire units carpet being replaced, i was only showed that the bedroom was. i paid a deposit which should’ve have been towards any repairs of the apartment but they’re going against that and also threatening to send information to receivables. not to mention while i lived there, there was multiple occasions that the staff/maintenance entered my unit without my knowing or me even being there and i had to find out through camera footage that i had at the time. or failure to fix water leaks causing high water bills and just peeking and telling me there wasn’t a leak. there’s major roach and pest problems and mold in the units which they also are not willing to get taken care of unless it’s on their time as they don’t see it being disgusting or a major issue and took weeks to take care of leading to me having to get my own services out there. the staff is extremely rude. absolutely don’t recommend.

BEWARE of illegal security deposit practices. They knowingly violate NC law regarding the handling of security deposits and unit damages. They prey upon tenants who are unaware of the legal standing of this practice and don't have the money for legal protection. The management will not account for your security deposit and then will bill you beyond what they took from the security deposit to replace items customarily considered normal wear and tear. This company is trying to make departing tenants pay for their renovations in a very dodgy way. What's worse is that they threaten negative credit reporting which is also illegal. It would be in their interests to immediately cease these practices before they face legal peril. If you have been exposed to these illegal practices please contact me immediately and I can help you organize with other former tenants to restore your credit and seek restitution and damages.
