I have been a resident of this property for a little over a year now. When I first moved in, Management was amazing! Any issues were addressed in a timely fashion and the community was just overall GOOD! Now however, it is not a place I want to live anymore and regret signing a new lease. I have maintenance work orders over a week old that haven’t been addressed and when I called for understanding, I am then told there is only one maintenance staff. Let’s also note that I have a text from someone in maintenance saying one of my work orders were completed and it absolutely has not been! They can send emails about loud people at the pool but can’t inform their tenants that they are short staffed! I shouldn’t have to call the office after a week of something in my apartment needing to be fixed to be given such a horrible excuse! This community has fallen off drastically and it isn’t fair to tenants to be told “file a claim with your insurance” because they can’t do their job. My freezer door won’t close, so my food has thawed and water is leaking all over my kitchen, which I’m sure if there is damage they will try to make me pay for upon moving out. My dryer hasn’t been working correctly for over a week, my fire detectors all started going off over a week ago for no reason and no one has come to fix them nor put them back up, all of a sudden we have a pest problem as well and no pest control has come, BUT WE ARE CHARGED FOR THAT! It is complete negligence at this point and for there to have been ANY increase to the rent, their professionalism should have increased with it. There is nothing luxurious about apartments they simply CANT tend to. I have addressed the staff on duty today 8/17/22 (Maria) about all of my concerns. It is unacceptable, and highly suggest anyone looking to keep looking PAST this property.

Apartment had a lot of issues. Most of which are still in going and not fixed even though it’s been almost a month. Staff is apologetic but not doing anything. Didn’t have access to garbage for first month. Refuse to refund garbage fee even though we were not given a garbage can which seems like literally the least that could be done to make things right. Very disappointing. I asked to be called back and they almost never call back. No follow up. I am not happy

It was nice living in the community for a while. The walls are thin so you can hear multiple conversations. Some of the tenants don’t believe in quiet hours. There were some instances early in the morning and late at night where tenants were fussing and fighting frequently. Also had made some complaints about tenants causing frequent banging and stomping noises and the noises still continues. Don’t know if management did anything or not. Seems like communication is non-existent.
