Lived there for 7 years. Spacious and lovely apartment however during renovations in 2018 my personal.belongs were stolen out of my unit and what was not wanted was thrown away. There are a ton of hidden fees that drive up cost of living there: sewage fee, pest control, water, and the di.oster is always overfilled and no well maintained by the assigned staff.

Place is ridiculous about parking. If you want to have friends over, theres only about 20 visitors spots in the whole place. always full after 9PM. They will have chandler towing hook you car as soon as they see it and demand 100$ to get your car back, or they will take it and you will have to pay 200$+. why do you treat your residents and their guests so poorly? how hard is it to add some more parking spots? why do you let a towing company hold peoples cars for ransom?

I’ve been a resident for 3 years here. Walls are thin, can hear everything. But that’s not why I’m writing a review. I recently had my family over for the holidays and their car was towed $200 And then it almost happened again but they asked for $100 to let the car go…..they only have up to 10 spaces for visitors available for the entire community. Would not recommend 0 stars

Take caution renting here!!! We lived here from July until November of this year (2021) after moving from NYC. When we moved here, people told us to take heed of Google reviews and despite Auburn’s reviews being lower than most in the area, we liked the modernity of the apartment and the employee who worked with us, showing us the place (he no longer works there) and decided to take the chance. Neighbors were friendly, place was relatively clean (except garbage bags are always left out front the dumpster so the sight leaving the complex is repelling), and amenities were nice. However, we had to deal with a major lack of communication, endangerment of pets, and disrespect from property employees the last month or so we lived in property. The manager on property didn’t believe me when I made a report of a leak in our 2nd bedroom and then when they realized I was not making it up, they cut a 4x2 ft hole in our roof while we were not home with no warning. When we voiced our concerns that they moved our belongings and used electrical equipment in our apartment where our 2 cats were without any warning, the manager blamed it on me (told my fiancée that they never would’ve had to cut the hole if I hadn’t complained about a leak in the first place — very professional, talking about a resident behind her back to her s/o). Between that, the disregard employees pay to entering someone's apartment and moving their belongings when no one is home, the lack of security (our car was broken into the first month we were here and the gate to the community still does not work), and the poor execution of the mail system (any large package and all packages once the lockers were full) were left in the common area of the clubhouse for anyone to take), we no longer felt comfortable renting from this property and are happy to have left. Oh, and did I mention that if you live on the ground floor, be prepared to have lizards upon lizards and bugs in your apartment all the time, and don’t expect management to do anything about it.
