Very convenient to school. walking distance to Duke. The rental office staff was very friendly and responded to my request immediately. Highly recommend.

I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for 2 people. My electric is $99 and other utilities are combined and run between $33 and $68.

So I have questions, how come the pool closes at 6pm, like most of us are at school we won't have enough time especially the kids that come at 4pm

Depends, they have student packages a well as regular rentals. Prices ranging from $600- $1200 from 1-3 bedrooms
