Here is a good residential complex in Durham, is in a good convenience location, post office close, family dollars store, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers , they have security right away if need it.

We do not have a swimming pool or hot tub on-site.
We do not have a fitness center.
We allow up to 2 cats or dogs per apartment as long as they are 35 pounds or less. To learn about our pet restrictions and one-time fee of $300, give our leasing office a call!
