Left a review before but deleted it when my lawyer suggested I actually file a suit. Since I’ve decided to just try and wait it out til my lease ends, I’m reposting my review. Don’t move here. There isn’t a single person I know who enjoys living here. Between constant AC problems, water problems, general maintenance issues, bugs, etc— it’s not worth it. Harbor Group management has had multiple lawsuits over the years and you’d think maybe they’d learn a thing or two from it. I went for WEEKS in the blistering heat of the summer without proper AC. I’m actually scared to put any new maintenance work orders in because the maintenance team is unprofessional, rude, threatening, and dismissive. Don’t expect them to care if you’re living in 95 degree weather with no AC. I put in several work orders months ago to have issues with my hot water in my shower addressed and it never really got fixed. It’s … luke warm? Which I guess is good enough for the management and maintenance team. Management is nice, but only when you have a case to sue. They never respond to calls or emails. The office is always closed. The valet trash is a joke. The complex is always dirty. None of the amenities work. Every laundry unit has been “under construction” since March. The dog park has a broken gate, which makes it unusable. The pool was never open. I cannot wait to leave.

Whatever you think you're going to save on low rent- you'll spend 3 times over just trying to keep the place from falling apart. As others mentioned, this complex has been owned by about four different management companies recently. HARBOUR GROUP MANAGEMENT is the new one. They hosed down the outside of the units, put up new signs, and MASSIVELY hiked the rent for newcomers. Their website looks nice and clean. Don't be fooled. The bug infestation is no joke. Units are lit terribly and haven't been maintained in years. The location is also awful. It's sitting on a busy highway- which obviously has no crosswalk or sidewalk- keeping us away from businesses literally across/down the street. People race without mufflers in the morning and at night. The closest gas station is held up pretty often. There's better places closer to Southpoint too, if that's what you want. I've got nothing good to say. There is no bright side to living here; you'll be in constant discomfort. My biggest problem is with the maintenance. They are given free reign to enter any apartment any time with no warning... and with no official schedule, they abuse that SO badly. Basically, if something is busted in your apartment (which will happen a LOT), you have no privacy. You can do better! The rent hike is happening all over RTP, but this place really isn't a good choice, especially for saving money. I'm getting out ASAP.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My husband and I moved here it was our first apartment we were very excited but after some weeks we started to. regret it. This place has BAD cockroaches everywhere bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc and when I call the office they didn't do anything about it. When we first move we were looking and making sure everything was fixed the shower and the stove were broken it took them a month to come and fix the stove. The Refrigerator was dirty it just look like they painted here and there and put the apartment on the market. They don't care about the community at all it's trashy and dirty everywhere and the price you pay is not worth the apartment at all. Don't waste your money you will not be pleased here.

"Our rental requirements are: 1. Combined gross income that is three times your monthly rent (before taxes). 2. You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. 3. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit."
"Security Deposits range from $300 to one and a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit amount is based on an algorithm from the screening results. Once you apply we will let you know how much the deposit is. Regardless of the amount, security deposits are refundable after you move out."
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept section 8 vouchers.
