Terrible place to live. Something breaks and they take a month to go fix it. The office and maintenance guys are pretty rude.

please the maintenance guys be a little more dedicated in their work and do their job well in the apartments because there are many things that don't work and they don't fix anything

It's a generally quiet area although it's known for drug use/drug dealing

Don’t live there, the apartments are infest of cockroaches, they charge fees for a pest service which you don't get at least you call to the office every week so they “add” to the list The playground area is full of garbage and broken glasses, kids Can be hurt ; people get into the truck, breaking the windows; if the tenants don’t complain about anything they don’t do anything. At the night isn’t safe to walk between buildings there is not lights. Go somewhere else.

Trust me.Try to find another place because you don't want to move here.It is not all that glitter and gold that they try to make it appear to be.Apartment flooded during Hurricane Florence.Had to be out by the 28th of September. Moved my stuff out by the 25th and by the 28th I had a another apartment in Alamance County paying way less in rent, way less in lights and my water and trash are included
