She gave weird vibes went once won’t ever go again had me under the dryer while her door was closed as if she didn’t want to be bothered I didn’t get a 4.8 experience she had a nasty attitude And left me in her shop alone !

Hi Sharon, A big chop is done to remove relaxed hair or straight ends from heat damage. If you don't have straight ends, no, a big chop is not necessary.
No she doesn't but their is a hair stylist that can cut them out for you.
She is the best!! $65.00 for starter but you may want to contact her first. Just so she can give you the best customer service experience for your hair.
