Bad customer service wants to take whoever they want, they purposely make you wait so they can take other people in front of you. Nancy is a rude witch she will tell you to go somewhere else because it's no appointments being made but everyone have appointments. This is VERY unprofessional when a customer has been coming here for years they would tell someone to just go somewhere else is beyond me never again will I spend my money in here the work is poor quality and lacks professionalism.

Larry is my A1 but if you don't know him you would think he moves slow or he might burn you with the nail file so if Gladys is available get her don't worry about Larry she's good very good but she be booked most of the time or Nancy or ken
