Office staff difficult. Petty. Mgr locked the inside door to the fitness room so I can't use it. They have misplaced my rent to other tenants accounts and accused me of not paying. They have been rude and confrontational or they ignore me. Emails to Corporate office no answer and no one cares. I'm not sure who answered this review but their reply is more polite than I have been treated in person. I don't need to call the apartment office so the manager can admonish me for what ever she wants to yell at me for. Just please unlock the fitness room door and stop finding ways to antagonize me. If you notice, the complex got a 2.9 rating. I'm not the only one dissatisfied.

This is a nice and quiet place to live! So far all of the staff that I have had to deal with have been very pleasant!The maintenance team is the problem! They still have not fixed the roof above my apartment and it is leaking in the two bedrooms, this had been going on since October 2021! My dishwasher leaks and I can not use it for washing dishes so because there is so little counter space I use the dishwasher as a rack to dry my dishes in!

CREEKSIDE is/was my first apartment on my own moving out of my parents house, and I have been amazed at how wonderful of an experience I have had moving in and living here! The office staff and maintenance staff are attentive and keep up to date on everything and always there promptly with a solution with any issues that may arrive. The price of the community is awesome compared to others in Durham. I am a Durham native and was beginning to lose hope to live in my hometown until I found Creekside! I can't wait to resign my lease in a few months! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the thin walls.
