I've live at falls point for a while now and I have seen it go up and go down. I have recently spoke with the new management team led by Ms Cynthia, and I have to say I feel really good about what she's working towards. She communicated her vision for the property very well and unlike past managers, she actually listened and asked for feedback, which is a plus for me. I believe she's going to do a great job and I personally want to be apart of her success.

I am a current resident of these apartments. I wrote a review four years ago not related to current circumstances but I returned to the community and has been here three years now, a total of eight years. Every since I moved into this two bedroom, there have been multiple problems. As you can see, my master bedroom where the water heater is enclosed in, has massive water leaking from my closet. Their is mold inside of the closet. I have called the emergency line numerous times, with maintenance coming to tell me there is nothing wrong. Now when I call the maintenance crew hasn’t came or called at all. Calls to property manager, left unanswered and ignored. My kitchen sink is leaking from under it and my dishwasher no longer works. I also have mold under the sink. The guess bathroom toilet moves when you sit on it and there is water leaking from under it. All of these things have been reported and looked at but not fixed. The maintenance crew is HORRIBLE, lazy, unreliable and unprofessional. The management office has not responded to my calls. The phones are never answered, to get any type of response from them, stop payment and then and only then, will they respond. As we speak I have had to dry clean my clothes, because the water has leaked on them. I have not slept in bedroom due to the leak and mildew in my closet. When I first moved here, I was in a three bedroom, I experienced no problems and management cared. The turnover rate for the workers and staff is very high. The grounds are beautiful and some of its residents but they are allowing anyone to move in and definitely not hiring adequate workers. I am a tenant who is never late paying my rent and keep my home in exceptional shape. I expect management to do their job. I also expect the owners to make sure, we are safe. This is my last attempt to address the owners about the severity of my situation.

With so many types of personalities to deal with, the threat of Covid, and random acts of violence happening throughout the world we live in, the office staff of Falls Pointe at the Park have shown incredible dexterity for dealing with all that they face as managers of the property. It is an imperfect job that the ladies (Theresa; Cynthia; Vanetta) perform on behalf of the residents here and I wanted to write a letter to whom it may concern that this resident is both supportive and appreciative of the professionalism employed each day and keeping residents of the community safe.
