very nice well kept apartment complex however they discriminate against people with low or poor credit. Do not fill out an application with Woodstone apartments unless you have excellent credit. That includes whoever lives in the apartment over the age 18. That person all persons over 18 have to have excellent credit. In our case We had one person who had poor credit not bad credit but poor credit and one person who had outstanding credit. The person with excellent credit told them he was paying the rent.payment and would be liable for the payment. However they still would not let the other person move in. I think that is very unfair plus they took our money knowing that the other person had poor credit and said well since the other one had excellent credit should be okay then they turned the story around after we paid for the application fee!!!! Very infuriating !!!

Maintenance provides poor service

I have lived here four years and love it. It is quiet, safe, and the residents are friendly. All ages of people live here. There are beautiful walking trails and three lakes in the neighborhood. Maintenance is prompt and I rarely had to call them. I will have to move away for a year but hope to rent here again when I come back!

Best apartment near Duke University. Look no further. Friendly neighbors, frequent maintenance(filter change every 3 months). And the best neighborhood environment.
