If something less than one star, I definitely will give that. Don't pay the application+admin fee (be aware this they don't consider as deposit) unless the apartment is fully ready and take a look don't believe the quotes, they don't keep the promise. They said one of the unit is available to move in on Sep-26; and we can take a look within a week on Jul-26. Then they said the within the Aug-22 week then the manager is not there. They do not show the apartment at all, so we don't know the actual status; are they lying or not. If they say the truth they don't care if the apartment is not ready on the date they promised, they always easily blame the re-innovation.

The entire staff is wonderful and Josh and Shawn the maintenance techs handle issues fast and they are super polite and friendly
