This hotel was not up to the Hampton Inn quality. The first room we had to move from because it smelled. The second room the rugs were filthy. It was not a clean hotel. The remote for the TV was missing. I would not recommend staying here. I was very disappointed.

Positive: The breakfast. The breakfast. The breakfast. With covid, I was so sick of hotels advertising breakfast and then nothing. Some hotels only give you a pack of oatmeal (extended stay America), yet put ¿breakfast¿ in the ad. I was delighted w great Negative: No refrigerator. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel without a refrigerator (in America). If it was cheap, I could understand, but at the Hampton Inn?

No service for my three night stay. The breakfast was good for only an additional $20.00. The tub constantly leaked, no matter how tight you made it. The shower curtain was at an angel so the curtain kept sliding open. This was the king executive suite. (>$600.00). Location to the Avenue was awesome

Couldn't have been more dissatisfied with our stay. Drove from FL up north and specifically stayed at Hampton Inns, when other choices were available, due to previous stays at HI and decent reputation. This HI badly needs to be closed for repairs and deep cleaning. Smoke smell throughout, dirty and stained rugs that left feet dirty, stained furniture, tub not cleaned with visible dirt/mold and hair in bathroom. Broken shower. No micro or fridge or hairdryer. Common areas no sanitizer. Dirty floors in elevator and common areas. Dirty tables, hot food cold and food not on ice that should have been cold. Did not eat it. No employees to be found. Had to do my own sanitizing and, if wasn't too late at night, would have left. Extremely disappointed in Hampton Inn for allowing this location to operate as is.
