We came to Baltimore to visit some friends and stayed here. We checked in and had some issues..gum on the floor (that was missed in cleaning), our room was only cleaned 1 out of the 4 nights we were there, we had to continuously ask for towels, and the breakfast was not worth the amount per night. The positives are that the desk staff was very quick to answer our questions and address our concerns. The biggest plus of this hotel is LOCATION...location..LOCATION!!!! You are less than 10 mins from major shopping (Target,Mall etc) and eateries. Easily accessible to highway and AVOIDING TOLLS!!!

My stay here was short but the staff was very courteous and understanding, I was involved in a very bad accident on the highway and got here at 4:30am and they found us a room.. breakfast was good… room was very clean… Thanks for a good experience in spite of my situation…..

It was a hotel room. Breakfast was lacking quite a bit. My girlfriend and I went to breakfast the first morning, one hour before breakfast was to end and there was one carton of milk and nothing better than sandwiches and soggy/bagged waffles. The pool looked ready to use, but there was a chain holding the gate shut. The ATM and one of the elevators were both out of order.

Front desk staff unbecoming, no welcome gift offered, room was very dated, not to mention there was no hot water, it was luke warm at best. Pool was no open and it doesn't mention that on the website. It was 100 degrees today.
