Hi Susan. Weather is humid, typically a little windy. Temps run a little lower than surrounding areas due to the elevation. Expect nice weather and 75-90° days. Perfect for camping at night!

It is very humid and sometimes unbearable (because of the heat), but it's a beautiful place to visit and some of the hiking trails aren't for everybody.

Humid and warm to hot. August is this area is known for being muggy. I'd say anywhere from 70-95 degrees and up to 100% humidity.
