Yes, unless you happen to camp over the entrance to their den. Just don't keep food that smells good in your tent because they will be powerfully hungry😂. Bears are really friendly until they decide to eat you, and then it happens so fast that it's not stressful...

In general, they'll be more scared of you than you are of them, however, just out of hibernation they are more hungry and daring in their search of food.

Yes, just be cautious and research your best options. Like Chris C said, typically they will be more afraid of you than you are of them. They will avoid people at all costs. Just dont give them a reason to investigate your camp site. Hang food and use zip lock bags. Buy a manual or talk to a ranger, but above all relax and enjoy yourself. This is why we immerse ourselves in nature, to enjoy and marvel at all she has to offer.....Happy camping
