Yes. Anywhere secluded with a pull-off is good for car camping. Some places charge for parking, but payment is usually on the honor system.
There are 4 designated campgrounds that you can stay at with your vehicle. Overnight camping requires you to register at a campground or for a backcountry permit. You are not allowed to camp on the overlooks along the drive.
They have rv camping. I'm not sure if one can camp in a vehicle. They have cabins. If you have a special need, call and ask.
