Why dont the post office answer their phone and beside that i waited 2hrs on the phone and noone pick up this post office need a new system they are very rude

Depends. There few young guys are great.

I've never had a problem at this location in the over 13 years that I've been a po box holder/customer. Employees are very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Never rude. Granted, there are times there is an influx of customers, but in those cases additional employee(s)always come to assist the designated counter employees.
